With a pedigree including excellence in academics to rising star status in her career, Marisa Finnegan CEM, Director of Events, SupplySide, Health & Nutrition, Informa Markets, encompasses the outstanding example and inspiration we see throughout WIN’s membership roster.
We sat down with Marisa, virtually, to get a glimpse into her background and what inspires her as she continues building upon her already impressive resume and life!
Marisa, what do you do for work?
I am the Director of Events for both SupplySide shows, where I manage business operations, growth, strategy, financials and oversee a team of amazing project managers. I work cross-functionally with our many internal teams and regularly collaborate with our customers and partners.
Like so many on the SupplySide team, I have been with the business for a long time (17 years!) and have loved watching both the events industry and the natural products industry evolve and grow.
And for fun? What occupies your fun-space?
I live in Denver with my husband and doggo Finn - while the two of them prefer the winter, I love the summer months, spending time outdoors (preferably with a glass of wine), working on our garden, going on walks and being with friends and family. I also enjoy crafting, reading & traveling.

I consider myself fortunate to have grown in my career with many incredible female role models and mentors. By joining WIN, I hope to make a similar impact on young entrepreneurs in the industry!
