WIN’s Inaugural Leadership Summit

When: April 25–26, 2025

Where: Sonoran University of Health Sciences, Tempe, Arizona

The gathering kicks off on April 25 with optional activities and a vibrant networking reception. On April 26, the summit begins with an inspiring keynote address by Dr. Kulreet Chaudhary, followed by engaging sessions on key topics, including:

  • Networking

  • Developing your personal brand

  • Adopting a Mentorship Mentality

  • Battling Imposter Syndrome

  • Inclusive Leadership

Registration is now open to both WIN members and non-members. A limited number of exhibitor spaces and sponsorship opportunities are also available. Registration cost: $275 for WIN Members and $450 for Non-Members (why pay more? Join WIN Now!)

The WIN Leadership Summit Giving Initiative

To kick off the WIN Leadership Summit, WIN will be hosting a service project to benefit Gathering Humanity, a grassroots, non-profit organization that provides essential goods to those experiencing resettlement and other vulnerable populations. You can find more information about Gathering Humanity HERE.

Gathering Humanity is an organization that was founded by women, and it is a non-denominational, non-political, community driven group run completely by volunteers and donations. During our time, we will be packing kits for new apartment kitchens as well as hygiene kits for local women in need. You can find our Amazon Wish List HERE

If you can join us in Tempe to pack the bags, please make sure to indicate your interest when you register for the summit. Whether you attend the Summit or not, we would appreciate a donation of items to pack and drop off with Gathering Humanity. 

This is a fantastic way for companies or individuals to donate $$ towards the cause, without having to go in and specifically choosing items to purchase.  When you purchase items to donate, please make sure you choose the shipping option to send to Gina B, who has graciously offered to hold onto everything until the event!
