Women In Nutraceuticals (WIN) is incredibly honored to share the news that we have received the Person of the Year Award bestowed by WholeFoods Magazine, which recognizes a person or group of people making a major impact on the industry.

In itsDecember issue, WholeFoods Magazine announced the award and highlighted the passionate work we do with a vision to achieve economic and social equality in the global nutraceutical industry.

WIN is driving change through tools, mentoring, networking, and visibility. WIN isn’t just a women’s initiative—it’s a collective effort to foster innovation, sustainability, and integrity across the nutraceutical industry. WIN collaborates across genders to:

  • Support women in the global nutraceutical industry to unlock their personal and professional potential and achieve success in their career, however they might define that

  • Increase the number of women in leadership positions in the commercial, research, philanthropic and investment aspects of our industry.  

  • Help the industry recognize and understand issues and obstacles in the advancement of women. 

  • Exert a meaningful impact on issues facing our industry, including product integrity, sustainability, and improving human health for all genders, races and economic status.
