Lessons Learned from WIN's Mentorship Program - Webinar Recap

We just finalized our Women In Nutraceuticals mentorship webinar on "Lessons Learned from the Pilot Run." It was absolutely amazing, inspirational, and motivating to hear the stories of our mentees and mentors and how participating in this mentorship program was a career changer or even a life changer for them.

Yasmeen Nkrumah-Elie, PhD, spoke about her perfect match with Jennifer Cooper as a mentor and how the program encouraged her to communicate her career goals to become a CSO. 

Deana Ferreri, MS, PhD, shared insights on hidden communication pathways and emphasized the importance of continuously working on your goals. 

Celine Torres-Moon used The Little Prince as an example to illustrate that we need to recognize the inner value of people to achieve communication for mutual success.

Sara Rosario empowered us to release our mental brakes by identifying and overcoming inner barriers.

Vivian Kitum Msc, RDN, MSc, RDN, inspired us to never give up on our dreams, discussing the psychology of money and how to align our life goals and future ambitions without losing focus.

Jennifer Cooper reflected on her journey as a mentor, explaining how mentorship can evolve into friendship and how important lifelong learning is—because it’s never too late to become the person you want to be. Or, as I like to say: Never forget, every day is a new day.
