Doug Reader serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Arizona Nutritional Supplements (ANS) in Chandler, Arizona.  His 38-year career has been in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. Doug has extensive experience in executing turnarounds in organizations through his ability to build solid teamwork, accountability, and collaboration. Doug’s entire career has been in the “food /wellness space”, working for grocery retailers, 17 years with Coca-Cola, and in private equity. Doug’s focus in each of the five-private equity owned companies was executing a turnaround, which was driven by enhanced accountability, building a solid team, creating key metric reporting, focusing on cost reductions to drive improved profitability. He has a master’s degree in Business Administration, from Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, ID and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Massachusetts, Lowell.

Doug married his high school sweetheart 38 years ago, they have three children, 2 grown men, Ryan and Paul and a precious 10-year-old daughter, Makayla. Additionally, he has two grandchildren, Zayn, and Ellie Rose.
